Works absolutely great in my generic YuanLey Network Switch
Using this with a Chinese made YuanLey 2.5Gbe Network Switch with 2x SFP+ ports, and these work perfectly; providing RJ45 10Gbe. Have it connected up to my NAS devices with native 10GBe and I am getting full 10 gigabit network transfer speeds.Keep in mind, ALL SFP+ to RJ45 transceivers get extremely hot when under operation. These are no exception, but they are absolutely rated to operate 24/7 under those temperatures. The construction of these transceivers are amazing and extremely sturdy.

Very reliable for my system
I have a Ubiquiti system and these work perfectly. I have not had any issues. I have about 7 of them throughout my setup.

Works great in my TP-Link Omada switch.
Iâve got refurbished Cisco copper SFPs and this SFP. This one works just as well as Cisco at a fraction of the cost. Save your money, and get what you pay for. This is a solid piece of equipment.

Reliable Performance, But Runs Warm
This SFP+ transceiver works flawlessly and provides stable 10GbE connectivity. The build quality is solid, and it fits perfectly into my switch. Like most SFP+ copper modules, it does run warm, but thatâs expected for this type of hardware. If you need a high-quality SFP+ to RJ-45 module, this one delivers.

Not stable with TP-Link TL-SG2210P – update
Got these based on the reviews on Amazon and title included wide compatibility which listed TP-Link. They were easy to fit into my TL-SG2210P and after a while (maybe 10 minutes which seems a long time) they were recognized. They initially worked well – one servicing a specific VLan and one servicing a trunk port. But after a few days they stopped working. Tried changing ethernet cables around, powering switch off and on. They would periodically start to work but it was too unreliable in this particular switch so I have removed them.Price was good. Delivery was good, initial working was good just not reliable in my set up unfortunately. Gave 3 stars since they sort of work so maybe in different switch they would be as good as the reviews suggest but for me they were a fail.UPDATE: after updating switch firmwares the adapters have been very stable and reliable and seem to work with this switch as originally expected. For this reason it was reasonable to change rating to 5

Was hunting for a 10G-T SFP and found a lot of people complaining that they run hot⦠stumbled across some posts that this SFP runs significantly cooler then others and I took a punt⦠installed in a Mikrotik switch, looked at the health of the SFP and was happily surprised that the temperature reported as 51c while xfering data at 10G speed.Highly recommended and Iâm now looking to buy a few more to put in a CRS309.

Used these SFPs to connect Unifi Dream Machine Pro (UDM Pro) to Bell Gigahub 10Gbe, and also used SFPs to connect Unifi SFP ports over Cat6 as well to carry 10Gbe connection.
