    Got this yesterday! Washed 3 loads so far and I am impressed!!! I needed something to use while staying at a resort in Florida as the cost of doing laundry here is like 2$ each wash and 2$ to dry….I have already spent what it cost me to purchase this, that’s why I decided to try this. For sure you should not ever overload it. I put in 2 jogger pants, 2 sweaters, 2 panties and 1 pair of socks and there was still room for more. Easy to set up, did it myself within about 30 minutes. Easy to understand and use. I highly recommend!!!

    Can’t hook it up so far
    I can’t figure out how to connect it to both a drain and my sink faucet. The instructions say that the drain pipe can’t go more than 10cm up and it is at the bottom of the machine. American homes and bathrooms don’t have a floor drain. I could put it in the bath tub but then I don’t have a sink which can hook up to the hose provided. It would make the most sense to have it hook up to the shower pipe so maybe there is an adapter available somewhere that can do that. It would even make sense if the machine could accept a shower hose. I would really prefer that the instruction manual explained how to hook up the machine in different cicumstances rather than how to use laundry soap and how to use bleach. Most people already know how to wash their clothes in a washing machine. At least I hope they do.Another problem with the instruction manual, it gives you the weight of clothing in grams (metric) but nowhere does it say how much the capacity is. The capacity is also only given on Amazon in pounds so it’s very confusing and complicated to try to figure out how many clothes can be washed at once. This shouldn’t be a problem though if you never figure out how to hook it up in the first place.I am going to keep trying to figure out a solution as there’s too much snow outside for me to attempt a return right now.

    I love everything about the use of this washer, it’s convenient and it fits alot and washes the clothes well! No leaks…. the only thing you may have to do is spin only to drain water from clothes more thoroughly once the washing cycle is over…

    Not happy
    First two uses the inner piece to collect dog hair and whatever else broke and no longer attaches inside machine.After 5 uses I found two screws that fell into the drum during one cycle wash.Now it is leaking from the bottom and I found 2 bolts with washers attached to them that fell off under the machine.I have no idea where they go and no idea why it is leaking underneath it.It is leaking where the main connection is under the washer leading to the rest of the drainage route.But the connection is still secure so no idea why it’s leaking above the connection piece.I don’t wash big loads.Mostly small loads in this needing 3L of water or 6L.My last load I did was 2 new thinner bath towels, 4 kitchen wash clothes and 9 – 11×11 inch rags.Nothing heavy and this was when the washer lost the bolts underneath and started leaking.I bought this because I couldn’t find a used washer I could afford around me.I got it on a sale so paid around $215 for the machine.I haven’t had it long and I don’t use it every day. I planned to use this when I move because even though it washes much Much Smaller loads than a normal washer it has nice selection options for cycles.Cleans clothes very well and due to my health issues I at least still had a way to wash clothes in my home.I’ll be trying to contact customer service with this company to see what options I have.So I’ll edit my review once I get answer from them if I can get ahold of them.This machine is sadly cheaply made and is not worth the listing pricesStuff is glued underneathWires used for the machine are inside a plastic bag and that is wrapped to keep the plastic on.Cheap plastic material used for the drain sections for the waterEDIT PART;Customer Service did reach out to me and took care of my issue. I chose not to get a replacement machineThis needs a better design and way better parts/materials in order for it to be trust worthy in my eyes.Definitely Do Not Recommend

    Washer panel is stuck on one! I heard that once be4.😞
    This thing is great. Received today, In perfect condition. On 4 load. The panel info is very small so, kind of winging it right. It will do just fine I think.Update! Control panel lasted 2 weeks top. Stuck on one. Seller has been contacted. We will see! Update in a few days.Update! Company sucks. Avoid!
