I upgraded from a series 5. The battery life is phenomenal, I can literally go 2 days without charging. When I do have to charge it, itâs full in about 30mins. Price is on par for the quality. The health sensors are nice. I know I have sleep apnea, and never got around to taking care of it. The watch notified me after about a month of use, and provides data to bring in to the doctorâs office. The watch is very easy to use. Like upgrading any other Apple device, it was an easy transfer from the old watch, well worth the upgrade, and well worth the price.The watch looks great, I paired it with a AMBAND case. I feel that case adds a lot of protection to the watch, without impacting functionality. For additional durability, I also got a screen protector. Iâm sure the screen is more durable than the series 5, but I like the added protection since Iâm always working on things in the garage, around the house, and inadvertently scraping the watch along walls and concrete floors. If youâre hard on emâ get a quality case. Cases are cheap insurance anyways.If youâve never had an Apple Watch, and are on the fence about buying one⦠just buy it, itâs more useful than you think. I never used to wear watches as a kid, then when cells phones came around, I figured Iâd just pull my phone out to check the time⦠Well decades later, i finally got on the bandwagon, and turns out I use it all the time. Itâs nice to quickly check weather forecast, start my car/truck, check and respond to a quick text, timers, walkie talkie, health data, and of course checking the time.The only time I take it off, is to shower. Even though you could shower and swim with it on, I find thatâs the perfect time to charge it.Highly recommend.

I’m sure a billion reviews have been written.I use Apple products but I’m not really an expert or maven; I don’t usually learn every last in and out of the device.That being said, after I got this watch, I have been on a mission to learn *everything* this watch can do. Because it’s an insane amount of stuff. It’s going to take weeks to learn it all. Really excited though.It has already been life-changing already in a few ways: – I now have huge playlists when I go jogging. The thing has a ridiculous 64gb memory. – I’ll never lose another Apple device in my house, since the watch can make them sound alerts. – The motion and fitness tracking stuff is incredible, and motivates me to exercise more.. – I was shocked at how many 3rd-party apps there are now; e.g. my new wife’s car actually has a good watch app.I’ve been surprised at how much you can interact with it — gestures, taps, slides, button, dial. It is an incredibly powerful device. And it’s loaded with AI models that seem to be doing a great job so far of figuring out what I’m doing, and even offering to help.I haven’t tried Siri on it yet. My guess is that the next generation of Apple Watches is going to have a ChatGPT-like AI on them, which will be game-changing.But this one is awesome for now. I’m just shocked at how much value I’m getting out of it. The price feels lower than it should be. Maybe I’m just getting old, but this feels WELL worth the price. And then some.
