    This massager is awesome!! It definitely feels like more of a kneading feeling as opposed to a massage. Definitely provides tension relief. This massager looks very expensive by the materials they used. Charges fast! And you can adjust the pressure of the massage by pulling down on the straps. The heat level is just right.

    Good overall ‘deep tissue’ massager for the money.
    This is a pretty nice massager. It has good movement, and hits main pressure points in the neck and shoulders. It goes forward and backwards, and has heat. It’s reasonably priced. While I would say it’s a more of a “deep tissue” massager, it’s not uncomfortable. It’s a good unit for those who like a stronger “hand” movement. The 4 buttons on the side are flush and small. It’s rechargeable so no cords to get tangled. It looks good too. Probably the only real detractor is the units weight, sitting on your neck, but it’s not so heavy that it’s uncomfortable just noticeable.

    Great pressure. Love that it is hands free so I can use it while I do other things. Does a great job of massaging my lower neck and traps. I struggle with neck pain that radiates into my shoulder and causes headaches; just 10 mins with this and the pain is relieved. Feels just like someone massaging you neck. I am able to get a few uses out of it before it needs to be recharged. My only gripe is that you can’t use it while it is charging.

    Cool idea, cheaply made.I like this product concept. The first one I ordered broke within 3 days. Now the replacement broke just a couple days past my return window… don’t waste your time with this one.

    It spends a lot of time charging and you can’t use it plugged in!
    It is well made but I doubt the durability of this product and I haven’t decided if it is a return yet (probably). I have tried many of these back related shiatzu massage devices. The majority are okay at best and may last a year, most will break because the gears are all made of inexpensive plastic that eventually strips. If you don’t mind buying one every 1-2 years than it could work. This particular device is only effective for the neck and arms, possibly legs (calves), it is awkward for the shoulder because the massage area is tailored for the neck and very small. The heat feature is useless and it serves no purpose other than draining the battery. If the goal is a device with heat as a feature, you’ll be disappointed with this one.
