Nice hair dryer: quite light, not very loud (even the pitch is tolerable, it doesn’t whine hysterically like my Sassoon), the buttons/sliders/handle all are very comfortable. Clipping on/off the attachments isn’t easy, but I don’t usually use them.Retractable power cord is awesome!

This dryer works well. It is a good value for the price. I like the diffuser. I liked the retractable cord, but itâs not retracting all the way anymore. And Iâve always tried to be careful feeding the cord back in while it retracts so it will last longer. The dryer is noisy, but I knew that when I bought it. It was worth the money.

I first bought this model 13 years ago. No that’s not a typo! I used it pretty much daily for 13 years and it finally stopped blowing hot air (but still blew cool air) a few weeks ago. I really wanted another of the same model because I love the cord keeper, it makes it so easy to pack for traveling or put in a bathroom cupboard without making a huge mess with the cord. I was so happy to see they still made it and hope this new one lasts another 13 years!!

Bought as Christmas present but incredibly it arrived in ripped, taped up packaging.Also plug non- uk so unable to use anyway.However, in all fairness, the company have dealt with the matter and their customer service throughout was very good.
