   Good hardware, but questionable on AT&T
   As far as value phones go, this is a solid choice. I like the hardware, it has a decent processor inside, ample RAM, and a great battery. The screen size and quality is pretty good, and while it isn’t going to compare to your brand new flagship phone, it gets the job done admirably. The camera is probably the weakest link, but again, you have to understand what you’re getting and think of the value of the whole package.The downsides are on the software side. The latest security update failed to install for seemingly no reason. I’ve been trying to troubleshoot it to no avail, and while everything works, security is important so keep in mind that you may or may not be able to ever get future updates.A caveat is getting the phone to work on AT&T. I put my primary SIM card in and it registered and worked flawlessly. I later got a text from them saying the phone isn’t compatible, despite clearly working normally. I tried a second AT&T SIM card (a newer 5G one) and that one refused to register and work. Called AT&T and they told me it’s not compatible with the network, when I mentioned that I had no issues using it with my primary SIM they had no answer. I can’t fault the phone for this since it definitely works on the network, but be aware AT&T doesn’t officially support this phone.

   It broke screen a week after purchasing tye protector did nothing to protect it. It’s slow on internet and does not download well.

   Issues, got refunded
   Edit: I got a faulty phone, my wifi stopped working completely and they refunded me. Odds are I was just unlucky and my previous issues were hardware related. I gave them a higher rating because they made it right without issues or returns.Old review: Good phone, but will not connect to free internet spots at some stores, weak compared to every phone I have bought internet wise.The lockscreen wallpaper will not change. I have had no issues with the 12 or so androids I have bought in the past. It keeps the default wallpapers.The phone is a little blocky and feels weird in my hand.

   Do not get
   Had this phone for 6 months! and it went totally bizerk just woke up one morning and turned it on wouldn’t even let me swipe up and after hour it wouldn’t let me turn it on. If u want a temporary phone then get this. But if u want a long term phone then go look for another. not worth it one bit! plus camera quality sucks and can’t play any online games without it being slow either take my word for it don’t get this

   Decent entry level phone, works with T-Mobile
   Got this phone to use as a backup device to keep around the house. Here are some observations – – Design – For a budget phone, the fit and finish is great. The phone gets shipped with a transparent case and a screen protector. Charging is via USB-C and you get a USB/USB-C connector with a wall plug. There is a headphone jack as well. – Network – Tested with Verizon and T-Mobile. Verizon is not supported. The phone worked with T-Mobile but we got the following warning – ‘Your device is partially compatible with the T-Mobile network—you can still use this device on the T-Mobile network, but it’s functionality may be limited.’ – we suspect that is because this phone only supports up to 4G. Note that the phone supports dual SIMs. – Face / Fingerprint – I was able to setup face unlock after a few failed attempts. Face unlock requires a lot more ambient light than my iPhone. Fingerprint setup was extremely cumbersome – there is a thin 2cm reader on the side, and having it read the fingerprint was laborious and never really worked. – Performance – This phone runs on Unisoc SC9863A Octa-Core processor which is about 6 years old – performance is entry level and this chipset only supports older WIFI / 4G LTE. Despite that, the phone works ok on most basic tasks – call/text, browsing, email, playing youtube videos, etc. – Camera – Has a triple camera setup (13-M, 5-M, 2-M) and a front facing camera. Quality of pictures is acceptable at best. – Battery – Has a 4500mAh battery which is very decent for an entry level phone.All in, this phone serves its purpose as a backup phone for us.
