    Better than expected
    This arrived in two medium boxes packed into one giant box. I know that may sound a bit questionable, but everything was secured with Styrofoam and bubble wrap. I received the pc, a monitor, a keyboard, a mouse, and a usb wifi dongle. The pc itself runs pretty quickly, windows 10 is already installed so all you have to do after turning it on is set up your profile, i.e. language, email, settings, etc.I’m not using it for anything other than job searching and the occasional YouTube binge, but it seems to be working perfectly. The keyboard and mouse aren’t name brand, but they get the job done. This is perfect for just starting up a job search and maintaining my own budgeting/files/tax forms.I only had ONE downside which was that my monitor arrived semi-disassembled. The front frame was off and the LCD panel was just hanging onto its motherboard by a connector ribbon. I panicked initially, but it ended up just being a matter of carefully putting it back together. (Hint: remove the stand first, makes things 75% easier.) I’m leaving this at 5 stars since I technically have now learned how to replace the LCD display if it ever dies on me and I understand that sometimes things happen out of anyone’s control.Edit: 6/23 still working perfectly fine, no problems at all, no overheating, I added a headset with mic and a camera for Zoom interviews. Everything installed and worked smoothly. I’ve been recommending this bundle to friends with dying pc’s as this is a decent base model that can be padded up with new hardware if you’re a teach head.

    This computer comes complete! It works well and no issues. It’s like new. Great computer for a very low price. The set up was easy and was connected to the Wi-Fi.

    Bad Experience
    I do not recommend ordering a refurbished product from this vendor. I have nothing but problems. The first one I received I had problems connecting to the internet even when I had my Chromebook right next to it showing that it was connected. I went back & forth with the company’s customer service when it was decided that I should send it back & they would ship me another one. This took some valuable time away from my business during the holiday season. When I got the second one I didn’t set it up immediately. When I finally did set it up I incurred the same issues. I downloaded the drivers & put the USB in the computer. There were a few brief moments when I connected But when I downloaded my printer it said I didn’t have enough memory. On one of the other rare moments I connected to the internet I tried to download Chrome for my browser. It was very slow & never loaded. Now I am sitting with a worthless computer because I am now out of warranty. I wish I would have just let them keep it when I sent it back the first time. Buyer Beware.

    Does what I needed it to do.
    I have a limited knowledge of computers so this will be general buyer bits. My old pc died so I needed a replacement that was in a limited budget range. From what I could get of the description everything I needed from a pc would be covered. I mainly web-surf and stream music/tv. It came in a day early, good because I had a bill due that day. So far all has been good working. Only problems? 2 things others mentioned:No instructions so that could be an issue.Some keys on keyboard need to press multiple times. (I switched for my old keyboard.)And a personal preference issue with monitor. Hook ups are on the bottom, not back.But I’d say overall if you need a basic usage pc replacement this is worth the money.

    First of all the delivery was lightning fast. First of all for being refurbished it looked brand new everything. So easy to set up and the speed is unbelievable. I would recommend to everyone this is an awesome computer and I would purchase it over and over again best purchase I’ve made in a long time.

    Hit or miss
    So I bought two and got two totally different experiences. The first one came with an ugly bulky square monitor straight from the 90s and the cpu was extremely loud and annoying. The second came with a slimmer sleek monitor and cpu is quiet as a mouse. Please note that both times I purchased the basic least expensive option that is supposed to come with square monitor. So it was a pleasant surprise when I got the upgraded version. Not sure if that was intentional or not or maybe they just ran out of squares. Picture shows both monitors, the one in front is the square one that I will probably never use. I use double display so the back one is from a separate purchase. Seems to be hit or miss on what you will get. Worth the gamble since you can always return and try again if you are up for that hassle. I didn’t return because I waited too long. Happy I rolled the dice and got lucky second time around. Gave it a 3 star rating because that’s the average of 1 and 5. Happy hunting.

    We are using this in our nonprofit office and it’s used for limited functions but for those it works well.Typically, I never buy HP products as we have had poor results from their equipment, but for our needs this works well enough.

    This is a great desktop computer
    Other computers I have had I ran into problems with them within usually a month. It would be slow and I didn’t have much I downloaded stored on the computers. But this HpDesktop I love! It’s faster at loading and I’ve had no problems with it at all. Setting up the wifi was easy and condition of it when arrived was very good. It’s quiet not noisy.
