   Nice non-programmable thermostat
   Nice thermostat.The LCD screen is easy to read.It works as expected, and is easy to operate.Be aware that this thermostat is not able to be programmed. Yes, it says non-programmable in the title, but sometimes people don’t read the titles and just look at the pictures (I’ve done that before too, inadvertently).Overall, I’m happy with it, and would recommend it.

   Satisfactory performance
   I’m installing a multi zone floor heating system, needs some simple thermostats for the less frequently used zones. This one fits the purpose perfectly. Because it’s only going to be used for heating, so I only tested heating control functions. When I tested this model, I tested a similar simple non programmable thermostat with even cheaper prices from local store.The thermostat adopts fairly common designs. The installation would be as easy as most other thermostats. The back plate has advanced features for installation, the leveling bubble, which is not present at local alternative. The local alternative does not have C terminal, which accepts the neutral wire to power the thermostat itself. This thermostat has C terminal and can be powered by furnace, in my set up, the transformer.The temperature is far more accurate in this thermostat than the local alternative. The readings is the same or close to my far more advanced model on the wall. The local alternative is couple of degrees off.The screen on this thermostat is large and easy to read. The cheaper model locally is far inferior in this regard. Upon temperature adjustment, this model is fairly sensitive and respond quickly. There’s apparent delay in response in the cheaper model.Both thermostats connects the W heat terminal perfectly with the correct voltage when activated. However, the cheaper model does not have a clean break off, the residual voltage when the terminal is not activated is above 70% of the line voltage. It might still work with the contactor but it’s not acceptable, overtime it might cause failures in both contactor and thermostat for such constant leak. The break off of contact in this model is clean and as expected with minimal residual voltage.Overall, the performance of this thermostat is satisfactory on most of the aspects that matter. There are alternative cheaper models out there but with apparently inferior performance. The price is reasonable and competitive.

   easy install! Large digital display is great! Functions perfectly!
   after recently purchasing a house my wife and i have been doing lots of renovations particularly to the bottom unit of our two-unit house and we decided to replace the downstairs unit’s thermostat.we saw this and it seemed simple enough to operate and the digital display was nice and big which is easy on the eyes, so we decided to order it.my friend is an electrician and experienced with thermostat connections, so we let him replace the old one with this.A great feature that we liked about this one was that it can be hooked up for a gas or electrical heating connection. Super convenient and kept a lot of the guess work out of which kind to order.Once he was able to connect the wires correctly, we noticed a built-in level bubble when mounting the encasement which was great and made the mounting a lot easier.with everything connected a few small screws holds everything in place and it was ready to test out.Our particular heating system for this unit runs off of a gas fed tankless Navien Water Heater and when we pushed the thermostat setting high it kicked right on which meant everything was connected correctly.This thermostat is extremely easy to use and includes just a few buttons to get used to.Best feature is the display with a blue background it really is easy to see everything and set the temperature with up and down arrow buttonsEasy install and easy to use, with a fairly good price we feel this is a very good product and we would recommend

   Great basic thermostat for camper.
