   Nice snappy laptop, I’ve been using it for two weeks now.
   I’m a computer hobbyist and I like to have equipment built to make it easier on me to repair if something goes. This is a great laptop for that. It seems to be a popular one. No security bits needed as far as I can see and full documentation of this device is available on youtube. It looks like a ton of these were made so parts on Ebay are easy to find.This computer is snappy on windows 10 and does not feel as heavy as it looks. The rotating hinge on the screen works flawlessly as does the autorotate. It is great for folding over and propping up to watch Twitch or Youtube in bed. I have used it in a way I didn’t expect–to read device manuals in portrait style, and I don’t want to go back!It took a few splashes during a cooking mistake but with no damage done, just wiped it off and it was good to go.Mine came to me well wrapped and looking brand new, there is one tiny slightly white spot on the screen which I have to go hunting for to find but the machine is otherwise flawless. It came with a brand new power adapter. The battery holds charge great, but I haven’t run a test to see how much it holds at 100%.The screen is bright! I recommend leaving the auto-dim feature on.No issues with seller, they did a great job! As for the CF-CW itself:Two Minor Issues:There is not a Fn key to turn off the touchpad, which I use pretty often so that the mouse doesn’t go wild when I’m working in the console. I set up another shortcut for that.The sound is low. When I use it to watch videos I sync it with a small bluetooth speaker on my nightstand. This is common with laptops made for work rather then play though so I expected it.

   Great Panasonic Tough book.
   The touch screen works well and the battery has a very good life. It’s light weight and works well. Very pleased with the purchase.

   Good and fast
   Both units I bought were fast and clean, no excessive demo software so I didn’t have to delete a bunch of garbage. One of the units had a broken stylus pen but we don’t use it that much so its not the end of the world. The SSD drive and RAM combo in these makes the OS nice and fast which is what I was after. All in all quality product for a referb.

   Very Pleased!
   Toughbook arrived quickly, packaged well (although a “ToughBook” with an SSD shouldn’t need much :-)Came with Win 10 Pro (2004), the Panasonic utils and Manual installed, Adobe reader. The power brick was an IBM branded unit, but of the correct voltage and polarity. Battery appears pretty strong, though Windows can’t seem to figure out time remaining – I’ve used it for 3+ hours several times and it has at least 6 hours remaining each time. Since this is a “Toughbook”, there are NO vents or fans, and the chassis gets quite warm (you cat will LOVE IT), it will be a great couch companion when winter comes… The SSD, 8 gigs of memory (in my case), and i5 chip makes for a pretty snappy little unit! You may notice the large rubber strap on the bottom – it’s a hand strap for well-muscled users who which to scribble on a 3 lb notepad – the stylus works well. There are minor blemishes but it’s in great shape overall.I bought this as a “media” computer for my V-drum setup, it replaced an ancient Sony Android tablet with a 10″ screen, so this is a big improvement (that tablet cost just a bit less than this Toughbook). With many of the kids having to attend “virtual classes” these days, this could be a good solution (unless Chromebooks are mandated).

   Completely busted keyboard
   The laptop’s battery lasts all of like half an hour, and the keyboard randomly stopped working and I am now stuck with using the software keyboard. Beca4se when 5 atte0-t t6 4se the 2eyb6ard 6n the 3a-t6- 5tse3f, th5s 5s what ha–ens.These are pretty absurd problems for a ~400 dollar laptop.

   As described
   I received the laptop 2 days early, it is also practically brand new. I bought this because I’m a volunteer fire fighter and I needed something for my reports. This laptop has definitely lived up the expectations. I will definitely be buying another one for the ambulance.

   Looks New.
   Very pleased with the way it was shipped and the condition. Came a day early and wrapped in a bubble pack. The unit appears to be brand new. Not a scuff or mark to be found. Would definitely buy again.

   Excellent condition
   prompt shipping ( i paid extra for faster delivery). Very clean looking, all keys correct. Runs smoothly. I can say that it is the cleanest/ best condition refurbished I have received so far. If all the units are in similar condition, this a great deal. I am tempted to purchase another one. Recommended.

   Il manquait la barrure de la batterie sous le portable. Le vendeur a payer le transport par Purolator pour le retour du portable et une semaine plus tard je reçois le même portable avec une barrure de batterie parfaitement fonctionnel. Très bon service et le portable fonctionne bien et est en bonne était .
