    This is a nice selfie stick for the price. Once you take a few minutes to learn how to use all the features you will be impressed with what it can do. It’s more than just a stick to hold your phone. You can use it as a selfie stick or a tripod, but it with have difficulty if your phone and case are too heavy. You can rotate the camera and it has a stabilizer to help with minor shaking. It also has a wireless remote to take the picture.

    It’s so difficult to get your phone in it that it makes you question weather you really want to use the stick or not.Not only that but as a tripod stick it completely fails. If you set it as a tripod the iPhones are so heavy it makes the stick start sliding down, has no stability and because of it you have to set your phone to point all the way forward almost pointing to the floor which means you have to stand really far. Pictures come out terrible (blurry, going to one side because it’s constantly sliding). As a selfie stick (group pic) again it makes you question weather you really want to use it. The remote control works great once it decides to connect. This product was made cheap and poorly not worth it. I will say the battery life is great because you decide to put it away instead of using it.

    This selfie stick with single-axis gimbal is a good entry level stick for the price. It’s entirely made of plastic except for the extending rods which are aluminum. I was hoping it would be all aluminum but I suppose that would put it in a higher price point. But even though it’s plastic, the joints, buttons, switches, etc are all rigid and don’t have any give to them. When fully extended as a tripod it has a slight wobble for a few seconds until it becomes perfectly still. I haven’t tried it outside yet but I would imagine that a slight breeze would cause it to sway a bit. The gimbal stabilization is surprisingly good, although it’s not strong enough to keep the phone horizontal if not perfectly centered on the phone. If it’s not centered and you switch from portrait to landscape, the phone will swing around and falls against the stick. Also, the two arms that hold the phone are very tight and require two hands to spread them apart. And you don’t want to get your fingers in between them and the phone or you’ll pinch yourself. My phone is just over 3″ wide with the case, so it might be easier with skinnier phones. On the flip side, it means my phone is very secure and won’t fall out! The remote button was very easy to pair and use (although I had to change my camera settings so that the volume button acts as a shutter button). The gimbal charges with USB-C which is great. And probably the best part of this product is how easy it is to use right out of the box. It has one button that serves as on/off and portrait/landscape. It has a lock to manually rotate and lock into any angle. The tilt is controlled by a knob that you loosen to tilt and tighten to maintain the tilt. And the remote conveniently snaps into the stick or can be removed to hold remotely. All-in-all, it’s what I expected for this lower price. If you need a multiple axis gimbal and all aluminum parts, then expect to pay more.
