    This is a very nice massager. The heat function works well and is very relaxing. I was very surprised by how well the kneading option works. The massager is also very portable which allows me to use it in multiple locations in my house. The cord is extra long which helps when using the massager various different situations. This is my second product from this brand and I’m very satisfied with both purchases.

    So this massager is by far one of the best i have, reason being is how versatile it is. Its compact lightweight and fits everywhere. As you can see it in my favorite spot on the couch, to the bedroom and office chair. I can put this on different parts of my body where needed, even a head massage, I love this thing ! The massage pressure is perfect for me, not too hard and not too soft, its comfortable and the message rollers feel great. There spaced out just enough to hit the spots as if a masseuse would. The heat isnt too hot to burn but you will get the heat sensation as needed. I cant say anything too bad about this machine yet as far as longevity, i can say i have another full body massager from snailex for about a year now and it is still going just as new.

    I was impressed with the quality of packaging first off. When I woke up in pain per usual I was excited to see it had been delivered!! Have only had it for an hour and would by it again! The shiatsu massage aspect accompanied by heat works ideal. Also the free extended warranty is a nice added sense of security. It is compact in size, easy enough to use on computer/desk chair or the couch. This is a life saver, for the last hour at least lol.

    Not sure why they don’t make these things durable anymore! This product was well taken care of. Still stopped working. :(It would have been a great product as it had the heating system and vibration levels for the massage wasn’t too bad. Sadly, it didn’t last.

    I wanted a neck massager because I have neck pain. I ordered this Snailax Shiatsu Lower Back Neck Massager with Heat. I tried a few days and it is very effective. Very comfortable to use. It is also good for lower back, abdomen, arm, thigh and calf massages. I use it when I sat on my chair and on my bed when I lie down. I just place it under my neck on the bed insted of a pillow and start the massage. It is a good massager for the lower back too. I use it when I sit on my sofa or chair.
